Policies
New Clients
All new clients are required to fill out and sign our Waiver and Medical History prior to starting a series of classes.

Payment & Registration
Registration is on a first come first serve basis. All participants may register with payment at Kalijo Pilates in Davis Bay above Pier 17. Fees are due prior to each new session. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit, Cash, and Cheque. Kalijo does not provide refunds. Drop-in fees are availble for Yoga and Qigong classes only.

Cancellation Policy
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice for all Equipment cancellations (Group, Semi or Private). Credit will be issued in the case of emergency or personal health issues such as surgery or serious illness. Credit will be issued for missed Equipment sessions provided fees are up to date and minimum notice is given. Credit will be issued if the instructor must cancel a class. Full fees will be charged without sufficient notice.

Inclement Weather
In the event of bad weather, please check with reception at 604-740-0581 or our website: www.kalijopilates.com to check for cancellations, closures and rescheduled dates of classes.

Make-up Classes
There is a maximum of 1 make-up class per session for Mat Classes only. Make-up classes are not guaranteed and are dependent on availability. Make-up classes do not carry over into the next session and are not offered to those who do not provide advance notice of missing a class. All equpment classes are purchased in 4 or 8 week sessions with FULL commitment by all attending. No Make-Ups are available.

Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time. Classes will begin promptly on time.
  • Please turn off cell phones.
  • Please refrain from wearing perfumed scents to class in respect of others.
  • Please remove shoes before entering studio.
  • Please do not bring children to class, excluding classes for children and post-natal classes.
  • Avoid bringing valuables to class.
  • After class please clean equipment and mats with spray and towel provided and return props to their storage place.
  • Rates, schedules and instructors are subject to change.

Please ask at reception or your instructor for assistance.
