"What has Pilates done for me? I entered a dance studio almost three years ago deciding to take up a new form of exercise. Katherine greeted the class with her endearing smile and huge enthusiasm. It was all very new unlike anything I had done before. The “Core” was happening, I felt taller when I walked out of class and for the first time ever I was creating definition. The muscles were elongated and the strength was coming without bulk. Since that day I have been hooked.
